The Internet   has been a mainstay of the firm's practice since 1995. Mr. Case is actively involved in helping individuals and companies make the transition to the Internet and applying emerging technologies to their businesses, including business analysis, preparation and negotiation of agreements, and multijurisdictional legal issues. Much of Mr. Case's practice involves representing founders and inventors in starting the Internet business, resolving operational legal issues as they occur, and negotiating with financing sources. Mr. Case serves as an outside "general counsel" for many of his clients, providing legal advice and services in litigation, transactions, and other areas of legal practice.
