John A. Case, Jr. is admitted to practice in all California state courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of California.

Mr. Case is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association. He served as a member of the Franchise Law Committee of the State Bar of California, Business Law Section from 1992 to 1995 and is a current member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising.
