John A. Case, Jr. is admitted to practice in all California state courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of California, the District of Colorado, and the Southern District of Texas. Mr. Case is an active member of the State Bar of California. He served as a member of the Franchise Law Committee of the State Bar of California, Business Law Section, from 1992 to 1995.
