Established 1996, at the Dawn of the Internet Age. The Internet has been a mainstay of the firm’s practice from the very start. Mr. Case is actively involved in helping individuals and companies apply emerging technologies to their businesses, including business analysis, preparation and negotiation of agreements, and multijurisdictional legal issues. Much of Mr. Case’s practice involves representing founders and inventors in starting the Internet business, resolving operational legal issues as they occur, and negotiating with financing sources. Mr. Case serves as an outside “general counsel” for many of his clients, providing legal advice and services in litigation, transactions, and other areas of legal practice.
The firm’s practice involves much more than the Internet. Practice areas include Business Litigation, Business Transactions, Business Law, Contracts, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Partnership Law, Limited Liability Company Law, Entertainment Law, New Media Law, Franchise Law, Dealer and Distributor Law, Intellectual Property, Internet Law, Computer and Technology Law, Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Securities Law, Shareholder Law, Investment Law, Buying and Selling of Businesses, Family Business Law, Small Business Law, Class Actions, Shareholder Derivative Actions, Arbitrations, Mediations, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Risk and Dispute Prevention, Business Consulting, Law Firm Consulting and Guidance, and many other practice areas and specialties that may be helpful to your business needs.
Although one of his practice areas is entertainment law, Mr. Case does not act as an agent or manager, does not represent you to producers or promoters, does not make pitches, does not find gigs, does not find investors, and does not work on spec. For those of you who have contacted us looking for those services, we thank you for your many telephone calls and e-mails, and we are sorry we cannot reply to them all.
We encourage you to review the “News and Current Matters” page for a more detailed description of our practice.
